He is survived by: his sons, Perry Hofmann, Shan Hofmann, Randy Hofmann and Jason Hofmann; his grandchildren, Summer Hofmann, Autumn Beatty (Neal), Jared Hofmann, Matthew Hofmann, Cory Hofmann, Nicholas Hofmann, Ashton Cuffman (Ryan) and Aaron Hofmann (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Matthew Lane, Joell, Hazel, Declan, Liam, Ava, Nolan, Jackson, Connor, Samuel, Silas and Aaden; his brother Stanley Hofmann (Janet); his nephews, Ivan Hofmann (Angel) and Lance Hofmann (Christa); and his close friend Carolyn Crane.
