He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Barrett and Hester Barrett; his wife Joanne Barrett; and his sister Gretchen Griffith. He is survived by: his sons, Kirby Barrett (Jo) and Kevin Barrett (Darla); his grandchildren, Justin Barrett (Jenny), Jordan Thompson (Kyle), Spenser Barrett, Seth Barrett, Jaclyn Fedchak (Paul) and Courtney Bennett; his great grandchildren, Grey, Parker, Reagan and Rhett; his sister Chloe Rhodes of Clay City; and his stepchildren, Dee Souder (Kim), Don Souder (Julie), Dan Souder and Doug Souder (Helen). He is also survived by children and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the American Diabetes Association or to the Neurofibromatosis Foundation.
