He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Lowdermilk and Okah Lowdermilk; his foster parents, Cyril Jeffers and Gladys Jeffers; and his brothers, Forrest and Clyde Lowdermilk.
He is survived by: his wife Nora Lowdermilk (Long); his daughters, Joan Neal (William) and Lynn Lowdermilk (Kevin Turner); his half-brother Bob Lowdermilk; his grandchildren, Nicole Hardesty (Nathan), Trent Neal, Dustin Cathcart (Roseanna) and Garrett Cathcart; his great grandchildren, Lillian Hardesty, Lucas Hardesty, Lydia Hardesty, Levi Hardesty, Kyler Neal, Zoe Cathcart and Piper Cathcart; his nephew Myron Dale Lowdermilk; and his nieces, Karen Mercer (Lowdermilk) and Sandra Doering (Lowdermilk).
