He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall DeLone and Donna E. Carnahan (Rennecker); his half-brothers, Edward D. Carnahan and Charles A. Carnahan; and his sister-in-law Melva Carnahan.
He is survived by: his spouse Twylla Krehl; his children, Chad Carnahan (Allison) of St. Joe and Stephanie Biddle (Jeff) of Kendallville; his stepsons, Heath Pankop (Heather) of Corunna and Zane Pankop of Corunna; his grandchildren, Clay, Carly, Cori Carnahan, Courtney Conley and Josslyn Pankop; and his sister-in-law Anita Carnahan of St. Joe.
