It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victor Dee Chaney Jr. of Corunna, Indiana, born in Kendallville, Indiana, who passed away on February 3, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Victor D. Chaney, Sr. and Maurine Chaney (Smith); his sons, Scott Chaney of Corunna and Branden Meyers of Wolcottville; his grandchildren, Morgan Meyers, Cortnee Chaney (Justin Sims), Logan Chaney, Aiden Chaney, Raylynn Meyers, Kameron Meyers, Amber Quarry, Cain Quarry (Raven), Abagail Schomaker and James Ross; his great grandchild Caden Quarry; and his siblings, Ronald Chaney (Mary) of Lakeland, Michigan and Susan Sells. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
