He is survived by: his wife Christine Hoover; his son Robert; his daughter-in-law Kelly Hoover; his daughters, Pamela Hoover and Breanna Christoffel (Emily Christoffel); his brother Jay Hoover; and his grandchildren, Matthew Kachur, Andrew Kachur, Jonathan Kachur, Melissa Oplinger, Darrian Rumschlag, Madison Hoover, Rachael Hoover and Alexis Rudy.
