He was predeceased by: his parents, James Crouch and Evelyn Wright (Cloud); his stepfather Richard Wright; and also, Don, Lucy Cloud, Hiram and Doris Crouch.

He is survived by: his wife Tammy Crouch; his daughter Katy; his son-in-law Shawn Martz; his son Buster Crouch; his grandson Dexter Crouch; his brother Randy; his sister-in-law Julie Crouch; his half-brother Kerry Wright; his stepmother MaryAnn Crouch; and his stepsiblings, Shelly Lynn Crouch, Kathy Claxton and Bill Smith. He is also survived by Many other nieces, nephews and other extended family.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial donations in memory of Bob be directed to the family c/o Tammy Crouch.
