She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Harter; her parents, French Gamble and Dora Gamble (Perkins); her siblings, Alma Frost, Betty Payton, Eva McClellan, John Gamble and Andy Gamble; and her daughters, Rita Cox, Julie Voirol and Linda Coons.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kim, Angie, Jody, Amanda, Chandra, Chad, Matt, Jarrod, Dusty of Aaron, TJ, Christopher and Logan; her sons, Tim Stevens of Indianapolis, Calvin Stevens of Garrett and Phil Mooney of Fort Wayne; and her sisters, Bertha Payton of Garrett and Carolyn Gamble (Charlie Gamble) of Metz.
