He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Tom Shaw. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Menges of Corunna; his daughter Cherry Weiland of Roanoke; his son-in-law John Weiland of Roanoke; his son Dale Menges of Auburn; his grandchildren, Justin Weiland and Drew Weiland; and his sister Jeanne Shaw of Auburn.
