He is survived by: his former wife Donna L. Phelps; his wife Donna L. Wells; his sons, Steven Ray Wells (Rachel Hile), Chad Allen Wells (Kaylin) of Beech Grove, IN and Schuyler D. Wells; his stepson Donny Meadows of Martinsville, IN; and his sister Jan Wells Edmiston of Paoli, IN. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
