He is survived by: his wife Melissa Booth of Corunna; his sons, Tony Lee Booth of Garrett, James Cody Booth of Corunna and Dylan Ray Booth (Madyson) of Ashley; his grandchildren, Kyson Booth, Skyelynn Booth and Toni Booth; and his siblings, Sharon Halbert (Luke) of McDowell, Dolly Deetz (Rick) of Stroh and Troy Booth (Renee) of Kendallville.
