She is survived by: her children, Jane Millspaugh (Robert), Karen Swan (Ronald), Stanley Middlesworth (Janet Kirkpatrick) and Gary Middlesworth (Andi Stoeffler); and her grandchildren, Julie Holderman (Joe), Kenny Swan (Rachelle), Caren Scheider (Dave), Christi Dismang (Jeff), Brent Millspaugh (Karli), Kevin Middlesworth (Karen), Brooke Chapman, Emily Middlesworth, Drew Middlesworth, Alexa Middlesworth, Ben Reno (Jordan) and Will Reno (Markella).
