She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cochran and Altha May Cochran (Leckrone); her husband Robert Cole; her son Dick Shaffer; and her siblings, Paul Benny Cochran, Iretha Scott, Maxine Dicken, Velma Mullett, Dorotha Buckalew, Doris Hursh and Helen Louise Cochran.
She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Auginbaugh (Jerry) of Converse; her sister Janet Hyatt of New Albany, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Jeremy, Jason Auginbaugh, Denise Boyd and Diana Dye. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Marion-Grant County Humane Society, 505 S. Miller Avenue, Marion, Indiana 46952; or to a charity of the donor's choice.
