Highley; her children, Tim, Kirk and Elizabeth Highley; her siblings, Joe, John Phillippe of Marion, Virginia Smith, Susie Archer and Christine Sheets; her grandson Trent Highley; and her great grandchild Alissa.
She is survived by: her daughter Helen Highley; and her siblings, Jeff Phillippe (Connie) of Marion, Jim Phillippe (Peggy) of Marion and Connie Kellogg (Bob). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
