She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Foust and Stella Foust (Walker); her daughter Leesa Garr; and her siblings, Carver, Marvin Foust and Micki Smyser.
She is survived by: her husband John A. Garr; her children, Jane Garr-Barker and John Garr II; her sister Marilyn Hughes; her grandsons, Craig Barker (Eryn), Bradley Barker (Kristin) and Michael Barker; and her great grandchildren, Carly and Ava Barker. She is also survived by her pet raccoon "Rocky" and her German Shepherds.
