He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin R. Capps and Inis P. Capps (Glidewell); his wife Rebecca (Humes); and his sister Olene Cross. He is survived by: his children, Shirley Hamby (Ron), Kenneth (Kim), Dennis Capps, Wayne Capps, Rachel Caprietta (Jason), Georgia, Paul Capps (Kalyn), Simon Capps (Janna) and Judah Capps. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
