He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Turner and Elsie Turner (Haltom); his siblings, Howard "Jim" Turner, Charles "Ed" Turner, Carl Turner, Stan Turner, Richard Turner, Eva Dickey, Evelyn Bennett, Freida Brown, Joyce Turner and Nora Lisenbee; and his son Troy Turner.
He is survived by: his wife Linda K. Turner (Sprong); his children, Ervin B. Turner (Diana) and Dawn M. Becker (John); his brother Delbert Turner (Evadine); his grandchildren, Mary K. Small, Jessica Howell, Heather Loftis, Lindsay York (Tyler), Ricky Gonzales, Troy A. Turner II and Derrik Turner; and his great grandchildren, Kayden Turner, Evie Turner, Selena Ellison, Ryder, Rylee York, Joshua Hazelwood, Luther Small, Henry Gonzales and Tessa Turner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
