She is survived by: her spouse Willard "Trent" Chase; her granddaughter Melana Rambo of Missouri; her great grandchildren, Dakota of Missouri and Carlotta of Missouri; her nephew Victor Lee "Butch" Hostetler (Lisa); and her siblings-in-law, Vic Hostetler and Joan Melton.
