He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur C. Harmon and Delcie Harmon (Perkins); and his sisters, Linda Fickle, Dolores Reed and Ada Mitchell.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Stephens; his daughter Penny Herman; his brothers, Sidney Harmon (Betty), Wilson Harmon (Margaret) and David Harmon (Polly); his grandchildren, Lori Del Sunshine Herman, Richard Brandon Herman (Brittany) and Brittnea Short (Justin); and his great grandchildren, Addeson Short and Laeton Short.
