She was predeceased by: her siblings, Herman, Earl, Glen Highley, Zelma Whitlock and Velma Gardner.

She is survived by: her spouse Marion L. Burk; and her sons, Bensen Burk of Converse and William L. Burk (Milford). She is also survived by two grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
