He is survived by: his sons, Eric Parks (Judi) and Richard Parks; his siblings, David Counceller (Shannon) and Linda Barton (Tom); his grandchildren, Mekyla Parks, Mekynlee Parks, Caleb Parks, Austin Parks, Zach Parks and Crystal Parks; and his sister-in-law Shirley Counceller. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
