She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Leadbetter and Lucile Peters Leadbetter; her husband Reverend Bill Slagle; her children, Billy Dean Slagle and Arnetia Williams; and her siblings, Duane Leadbetter, Audrey Ferguson and Donald Leadbetter.
She is survived by: her son Reverend Troy Slagle (Mary Simmons) of Connersville; her grandchildren, Hannah Horn (Jeramie) of Centerville, Hailey Chappel (Pat) of Connersville, Hollie King (Jimmy) of Connersville, Lance Slagle of Connersville, Michelle Richardson (Rick) of Connersville, Melissa Reece (Gary) of Greensburg, Harold "Blue Jean" Williams of Richmond and Billy Williams (Shannon) of Richmond; and her brother Richard Leadbetter of Connersville. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
