We are sad to announce that on May 13, 2023, at the age of 90, Thelma Moore of Connersville, Indiana, born in Jackson, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Isaacs and Daisy Isaacs; her siblings, Reba Paul, Denver Isaacs and Clyde Isaacs; and her nieces and nephews, DeRon Paul, Winston Cain, Jason Isaacs, Linda Marcella Jones and Rachel Dawn Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Carlene Moore Wagner (Justin) of Connersville and James Arlington Moore of Connersville; and her siblings, Velma Moore of Connersville, Ruby Harrison of Connersville, Ruth Rose of Connersville and Elmer Isaacs (Rosie) of Sand Gap, Kentucky. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
