He was predeceased by: his father Charles V. Butcher; his wife Wendy Butcher; and his brother Rickie Butcher. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Darling Butcher; his children, Steven A. Butcher (Nikki) and Christina Butcher (Charles Lucas); his siblings, Mike Butcher (Yvette) and Cathy Butcher-Wasiluk; his close friend Dustin Lucas (Joyce); and his niece Faye Fletcher (Sam).
