He was predeceased by: his wife JoAnn Fitzgerald Fields; his parents, Gladys Reed Fields and Francis Fields; his brothers, Duane, Bernard and Darryl Fields; and his grandson Nicholas Fields.
He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Fields Duffy (John); his grandchildren, Katherine Swininger (Ryan), Elizabeth Sadler (Adam), Allison Barr (Duncan), Olivia Shank (Zach) and Nate Fields (Bri); and his great grandchildren, Luke, Isabelle, Riley Swininger, Jett, Harper Sadler, Lexi, Oliver Barr, Mason, Jenson Shank and Blakely Fields.
