She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Ripberger and Dora Callahan Ripberger; her brother James "Rudy" Ripberger; and her nephew Dennis Ripberger. She is survived by: her nephew Thomas Ripberger (Sue).
Around Easter time she would donate Easter Lillies to area churches, including, Eastview Baptist, Springersville Christian and Liberty Church of Christ.
