Urban (Cheyenne), Kevin Scripture (Natalie), Dena Scripture, Holly Isaacs (Voyd) and Scott Kline; her grandchildren, Chris Urban II (Stephanie), Dakota McMurray (Monica), Kelsei Cummins (Dakota), Christopher Dudas, Eric Scripture (Christine), Max Scripture (Andrew), Molly Vea (Declan), Andy Scripture (Colleen), Arianna Pike, Chase and Serena Kline; her great grandchildren, Gracelynn Christine, Callie Lee Urban, Kyndal Lee, Casey Kyler Cummins, Isla Scripture, Collins Vea and Trintee Isaacs; her sister Suzette Durham (Billy); her nieces and nephews, Kimberly Light (Jay), James Baxter (Kelly), Aletha Thomas (John), Hoyt Baxter (Lana) and James Urban (Gloria); her siblings-in-law, Bob Urban (Marsha), Jill Hershner (Don) and Linda Marcum (Bob); her daughter Tracey Lee Urban; her grandchildren, Amber Isaacs, Matt and Kyle Jacobs; her son Jeff Scripture; and her great grandchild Ayden Michael Cummins. She is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
