She was predeceased by: her husband Bill; her daughter Betty Whitsell; her parents, Harvey Neal and Eliza Neal; and her sisters, Devella Johnson, Mary West and Lois Achterhof.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Lowe (Terry Hertel), Barry Lowe (Sherry Columbia) and Bill Lowe (Becky Day Lowe); her sister Laura "Sally" Ridge; and her grandchildren, Shawnna Collett, Lance Whitsell, Jessica Johnson, Coy McCampbell, Maria Burchum and James Lowe. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren (baby Charlotte is due in November), one great great grandchild, and 3 generations of nieces and nephews.
