She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Hays and Ruby Brumback Hays; her husband David Smith; and her siblings, Bessie Morris, Minnes Ingram, Everdean Tincher, Peggy Ingram, Shirley Wicker, Elbert, Delbert, Fred, Herschel, Jack and Eldon Hays.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lena Smith (Michael) of Connersville and Deea Corum (Mike) of Connersville; her grandchildren, Cameron Flannery of Connersville, Clint Flannery (Laura) of Connersville and Rachael Strait (Seth) of Connersville; her great grandchildren, Taylor, Jackson, Killian Flannery, Hudson and Sophie Strait; and her sisters-in-law, Helen Hays of Dayton and Sinda Hays of Williamsburg, Kentucky.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
