He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Owen Parker and Camille Gaff Parker Beaver; his grandparents, George and Edna Gaff; and his siblings, Laura Beaver, Rebecca Parker and Brian Beaver.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Stelle Parker; his children, Amy Russell (Randal) and Michael Ripberger (Dawnn); and his sisters, Mary Elizabeth Clark, Suzanne Parker, Laura Lee Vanlandingham, Nancy Thomas and Amy Reisinger.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that contributions be made at Urban Winkler Funeral Home to aid in a memorial fund for student lunch funds in the UC/CCJSD.
