He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lee and Pauline Connor Perisutti; his stepfather Richard Perisutti; and his brother Harry Meyer. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Lee; his children, Amanda Hummel (Nathan), John Saunders and David Baker (Joni); and his siblings, Ronald Lee, Frank Perisutti, Richard Perisutti, Dale Wamsley and Tina Scalf (Mike). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
