He is survived by: his wife Carol Gabbard; his daughters, Carol Ann Gabbard Bartlett of Rushville, Pamela Ann Gabbard of Connersville and Kimberly Ann Schuck of Connersville; his grandchildren, Brice D. Proctor, Tyler M. Schuck and Breanna D. Schuck; and his sister Connie Loughan of Florida. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
