He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry F. Caldwell and Anna Caldwell; his wife Mary Frances of Liberty, IN; his sister Lois; his brother-in-law Donald Brater; and his grandson Jonathan Thomas Caldwell.
He is survived by: his children, Tom (Melanie) of Liberty and Cathy Caldwell of Summerville, SC; his grandsons, Casey (Ann) of San Diego, CA and Patrick (Lauren) of Lafayette, IN; and his great grandchild Jack Thomas Caldwell of San Diego, CA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Donations can be made to the Union County Foundation in the name of the Caldwell Family Fund or the Masonic Lodge #58 in Liberty, Indiana.
