He was predeceased by: his father Herschel Horn; and his brother Dale Horn. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Horn; his children, Brittany Horn, Doug Horn (Breanna Cooper) and Chris Horn (Brittany); his grandchildren, Sky, Avery, Kaden, Gracie, Nevaeh, Triston, Sabastian and May; his siblings, Sherry Wood (Toby) and David Horn; the mother of his children Julia Horn; and his niece Mandy.
