She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Tamie Vornheder (William) of Osgood, Jamie Gambrel (Jerry) of Seymour, Kelly Couch (David) of Seymour and Tom Phillips (Kathy) of Greensburg. She is also survived by several cousins and close friends.
