He is survived by: his sons, Jeramie Horn (Hannah) of Connersville and Justin Horn (Chelli) of Connersville; his grandchildren, Gabriel of Connersville, Clay of Connersville, Jayce of Connersville, Georgia of Connersville and Kimber Horn of Connersville; his brother Rick Horn (Amy) of Brookville, IN; his nephew Travis Horn (Tiffany) of Indianapolis, IN; and his niece Amanda Wilder (Quinn) of Brookville. He is also survived by two great-nephews and 2 great-nieces; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
