He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry Fredrick Atkins (Joy) of Laurel, Terry Lee Atkins of Milton, John Ervin Atkins (Diana) of Xenia, Ohio and Cynthia Atkins Whetstone (Bradley) of Connersville; his close friend Vicki Norman; and his pet Rascal. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
