He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Faris and Francis Baker Greer; his son Jason Greer; his siblings, Jimmy Dean Greer, Sr., Joan Greer, Betty Hyatt and Evelyn Voght; his grandson Jason Greer, Jr.; and his great grandchild Peyton Greer.
He is survived by: his children, Christy Redd (Billy) of Connersville, Jerry Greer (Tonya) of Connersville and John Greer of Connersville; his siblings, Joe Greer (Judy) of Greensburg, Ray Greer of Brookville and Eva Ludwig of South Dakota; and his grandchildren, Desiree Pierce (Ricky), Jordan Redd, Cole Greer (Liz), Jacob Redd, Zackary Redd, Chandler Redd and Denver.
