She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond E. Horner and Nellie Jean Hay Horner; her siblings, Roney Croucher, Carol Bartlett, Judith Jones, Nancy Rambo, Teresa Sherwood, Wilhelmenia Skaggs, Barbara Manley, Juanita Rea, Fred Horner and Eddie Horner; and her sister-in-law Lavena Buckley.
She is survived by: her children, David Kelsch of Connersville and Katrina Bailey (Jim) of Connersville; her grandson Samuel Kelsch of Oxford, Ohio; her sister Kaye Ferguson of St. Petersburg, Florida; and her sisters-in-law, Sharon Philipp (Paul) of Connersville, Wilda Jackson (Ron) of Pershing, Pam Yoke (Neal) of Springfield and Kim Phillips of Cambridge City, Indiana.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
