Otis E. Vance Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Otis E. Vance of Connersville, Indiana, born in Henderson, Kentucky, who passed away on January 19, 2024 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Vance and Betty King Vance; his wife F. Janet Neal; his daughter Vicki Davidson (Jim); his brother Gwinn C. Vance; and his siblings-in-law, Vera Vance and Gail McCowan.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda K. Stanton (Rick), Gale A. Reece (Denie), Mark Vance (Robin) of Union County and Bruce Vance (Brenda J.) of Cambridge City; his stepdaughters, Mary Cecilia Caruso Vetterl of North Carolina, Antoinette "Toni" Hanson of Connersville and Josephine M. "Jo" Patton of Okeana Ohio; and his sister Beverly McCowan. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; thirty-six great-grandchildren; several step-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
