She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry A. Fogleson and Lisa Stoffel Ward. She is survived by: her partner Terry Johnson of Connersville; her sister Amanda Merz (Melvin III); her stepchildren, Taylor and Jordan; her uncle Philip Stoffel (Katherine) of Las Vegas, Nevada; and her nephews, Jackson and Gunnar. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to offset the cost of services.
