She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer McInstosh and Vanie McInstosh (Fields); her husband Calloway Smith; her children, Lovella Johnson, Beulla Smith and Roger Smith; and her siblings, Thelma Burns, Ruth Baker, Mayme Baker, Henry McIntosh and Letcher McIntosh.
She is survived by: her children, Troy Smith (Claudette) of Brookville, Bonnie Bergmann (Frank) of Lawrenceburg and Roezella Allen (Wilbur) of Connersville; and her brother Andrew McIntosh of Lawrenceburg. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given in honor of Mary to the YES Home.
