She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Fitzgerald and Mazie Marie Payton Fitzgerald; her husband Delbert Geise; and her brother Alan Fitzgerald. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Giberson (Jerry), Denny Geise (Judy) and David Geise; her grandchildren, Doug Garriott, Christopher Geise, Joshua Geise, Chelsea Geise, Mazie Giberson, Alan Volz and Audra Volz; her great grandchildren, Kaylee Geise, Dylan Geise, Payden Geise, Kaylin Geise, Jaxston Geise and Taylor Geise; and her niece Sherry Christensen (Mary Alice).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Urban Winkler Funeral Home (513 W 8th St, Connersville, IN 47331). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Dale Cemetery (801 N Gregg Rd, Connersville, IN 47331).
In lieu of flowers per Mary Alice's request memorial contributions may be made to the Dr. Alan Fitzgerald Memorial Scholarship fund, those can be made at Fifth Third Bank in Connersville.
