He is survived by: his mother Zella Gosnell Bouley; his children, Boony Penley, Joe Penley, Treva and Danielle Penley; and his sisters, Jeanne Chasteen (Gene), Lisa Parsons (Virgil) and Darlene Spicer. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
