He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Melhorn and Doris Melhorn. He is survived by: his children, Loreeta Venegas, Charles Melhorn of Yulee and Marci Kristoffersen; and his close friend Jacki Hill of Connersville, Indiana.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
