She is survived by: her children, Tina Lutz, Wilbur Lutz (Rachae Cornett) and David Lutz; her grandchildren, Alexis, Corie, Kyle, Aaron Lutz, Amber, Tasasha, Dakota and Harley Lutz; her sister Joyce Doolin; her boyfriend Doug Sykes; and her close friends, Martha Loper and Tina Mays. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
