She is survived by: her son James Smolik (Wanda) of Connersville; her grandchildren, Tami Smolik, Holly Hoover (Jay) and Chris Smolik; her great grandchild Hunter Hoover; and her nieces and nephews, Diane Suveges, Vickie McIntyre, Doug Suveges and Rick Smallwood. She is also survived by four cousins.
