It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Cox of Connersville, Indiana, born in Richmond, Indiana, who passed away on January 22, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Young and Rev. Sylvia Young; her son Earl R. Sparks; and her siblings, Sandi McWhorter, Rev. Lonnie Young and Rev. Larry Young.
She is survived by: her daughter Amy Sparks (Kevin Heiber) of Richmond; her son-in-law Kevin Heiber (Amy Sparks); her grandchildren, Owen Rogers of Hanover, Layla Sparks of Connersville and Heidi (Uriah Wilson); her great grandchildren, Josie, Camille Wilson of Richmond and Rob Williamson of Ravenna; her sisters, Rosetta Powers of Williamsburg and Andrea Stewart of Richmond; her cousin Wilma Miles of Centerville; and her close friends, Joy Dalton of Richmond, Richard and Dianna Hahn of Connersville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.
