He was predeceased by: his parents, Glory Dawn Connor and Jerry Mitchel Cregar, Sr.; and his grandparents, Jerry Lee, Bill Conner, Sr. and Luella Thompson.
He is survived by: his son Levi Mitchel Cregar, Jr.; his stepchildren, Julia and Jameson; his stepfather Greg Casada; his brother Jerry Mitchel Cregar, Jr. (Ashley); his grandmother Beverly Cregar; and his mother-in-law Christine Alvey.
Memorial contributions may be made at the funeral home to assist the family with arrangements.
