He was predeceased by: his father John Frederick Lutz; his son Doug Sparks; his brother William Lutz; his nephew Dustin Gaddis; and his niece Katina Sue Lutz.
He is survived by: his mother Effie Pate Lutz of Connersville; his children, Amanda Parsley-Pitcher of Connersville, Cambria Sparks of Connersville, Cassandra Lockhart (Casey) of Connersville and Lavory Sparks (Jamie) of Tennessee; his grandchildren, Brent, Alex, Brayden, MacKenzie, Zach, Caleb, Carter, Clayton, Chase, Shelby and Jacob; his great grandchildren, Becca, Ainsley, Colter, Amaya, Ava and Ryley; and his sisters, Kathy Barrett (Larry) of Milton, Patty Garrod (Kenny Powell) and Rhonda Lutz (Kevin Dragroo). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Robbins Funeral Home (1704 N Grand Ave, Connersville, IN 47331). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
